All our food is homemade and prepared by us in our kitchen, as much of our food as possible is sourced locally in East Sussex and Kent and vetted for the highest quality.
We cover a broad range of cuisine; both classical and modern as well as having experience with menus from a great variety of cultures and countries.
Our meat comes from a highly regarded neighbouring butcher in Winchelsea; the beef being predominantly Sussex and Belted Galloway, the lamb and game are all from local farms well known to our butcher.
Most of our fish and seafood are from a first class fish merchant in Rye Harbour, East Sussex, much caught locally in Rye Bay.
The best and traditional greengrocer from nearby Rye supplies our fruit and vegetables, while our herbs and salads are from local farms, less than six miles from our kitchens.
